From Monday, February 3 to Tuesday, February 11, 2020, Uzbekistan’s academics and research leaders were invited to participate in the JICA-hosted “Innovative Approach for Techno-Scientific Research Institute Management” for the Republic of Uzbekistan (training by country) for the 2019 academic year. From 11:30-12:30 on Wednesday, February 5, the Office for Open Innovation’s general creative manager, Professor Sugiyama, gave a lecture on the approach to open innovation at Keio University before responding to the many questions that were asked.
